I am 18 years old, and I am moving to Eindhoven to start my Bachelor's degree industrial Engineering at TU/e. I am a serious, responsible, and tidy non-smoker with no pets. My main focus is my education, so I am looking for a quiet and peaceful home where I can study and rest. Regarding the financial aspect, my parents will be fully funding my studies and accommodation. They have stable incomes and would be glad to provide any proof of income required to ensure prompt rent payments.
