For a landlord, I'm a low-risk tenant. I have secured work that I do online from home, so I'll be around during the day and keep the place in order. My income is backed by DUO financing, and my parents are able to support the deposit if needed. If it helps with the paperwork, I can sign the contract through my own sole proprietorship.
