Hi, my name is Paul and I'm moving to the Netherlands to pursue my Master's in Design for Interaction at TU Delft – a dream I've been working towards for a long time. I'm originally from Germany, studied and worked in Design in Weimar, and I'm someone who genuinely loves shared living. I've lived in shared apartments for 5 years, so I know what makes it work: mutual respect, clear boundaries, being there for each other, and keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable. Living together well is something I take seriously – and enjoy. Outside of studies I love cycling, hiking, sitting in cafés, and exploring new places. I'm looking forward to building a real home, not just a temporary stay. What I bring along: a great vinyl/CD collection, useful household appliances, and furniture for shared spaces if needed. I'm Justin (he/him), a 26-year-old American composer and violinist moving to The Hague in August 2026 on a Fulbright US Student Grant to study computer music at the Institute of Sonology (Royal Conservatoire). My project involves composing a new work for spatial audio using field recordings from The Hague—so I'll be spending a lot of time with headphones on, not throwing parties :) Looking to move in in mid-August but flexible with the date. I'm quiet, clean, and easygoing—I currently work as a music therapist and teach violin to kids, so I keep fairly regular hours. Outside of music I practice Zen meditation and watch way too many animated shows. I grew up on the East Coast and have lived in New York, New Mexico, and Seattle, so I'm adaptable and used to navigating new cities. I'm looking for a studio or a room in a shared apartment (ideally at least semi-furnished, private or semi-private bathroom) in The Hague or nearby — Delft also works great. Budget €800–1,100/month. My grant is guaranteed funding from the US government, so there are no income concerns. Hi! Ik ben Nout, 18 jaar oud en ik woon nu nog in Duiven, vlakbij Arnhem. Als alles volgens plan verloopt, hoop ik dat ik binnenkort bij jullie in Delft woon. Ik ben per z.s.m. op zoek naar een kamer, het liefst in een studentenhuis. Zou leuk zijn als we dan ook regelmatig dingen samen doen, zoals bijvoorbeeld eten. Mijn naam is Boris van Dongen en ik ga in september beginnen met technische natuurkunde in Twente. Mijn voornaamste hobby is videogames, maar ik vind alles wel leuk zolang ik het maar met andere mensen kan doen (behalve monopoly). Ook vind ik koken leuk, of het nou een simpele pasta is of een uitgebreide maaltijd. Ik werk in de Albert Heijn en ben van plan om dit ook in Twente te blijven doen. Ik heb de afgelopen tien jaar op atletiek gezeten, maar ben daar inmiddels mee gestopt om iets nieuws te zoeken. Ik zit nu vooral te kijken naar boulderen en volleybal. Ik rook ook niet en drink (nog) niet. Ik ben iemand die het best gezellig vindt om een keer een uitstapje te doen naar de stad of een andere activiteit zoals sinterklaas of kerstdiner. Tegelijkertijd heb ik soms ook behoefte aan wat tijd voor mezelf om even op mijn kamer te gamen of gewoon niks te doen. Ik zoek hierbij dus vooral naar een combinatie van de twee, waarbij er dus altijd tijd is voor een praatje bij het ontbijt of een colaatje in de avond en ook ruimte om jezelf even terug te trekken. Ik hou erg van actieve vakanties, waarbij ik bijvoorbeeld ga wandelen in de bergen of skiën. Ik ben geen strandmens, je zult mij nooit bruin zien of bruin zien worden. Hoi, Ik ben Jamie, ik ben 24 jaar, ik kom uit Nijeveen (Drenthe). Ik heb in 2025 mijn bachelor werktuigbouwkunde afgerond. Hierna heb ik een tussenjaar genomen om te gaan reizen, hier heb ik zoveel gezellig mensen ontmoet! Nu ik mijn master ga starten zoek ik een net zo gezellig huis. Ik ben nu nog in Vietnam, maar ben vanaf 6 Juli weer terug in Nederland. Ik zoek naar een kamer voor het aankomende collegejaar. Ik ben graag actief, ik ga naar de sportschool en probeer vaak verschillende sporten, ik heb nu op vakantie leren duiken maar ik ga ook graag mountainbiken. In het weekend rijd ik ook graag op de motor. Verder vind ik het gezellig om een biertje te doen met vrienden, of naar een rave te gaan. Maar ik vind het ook leuk om (bord)spellen te spelen met vrienden, onze favoriet is nu zoektocht naar eldorado. Ik ben een grote dieren vriend, bij mijn ouders thuis hebben we 2 honden en een kat. Reizen vind ik ook erg leuk om te doen, ik ben dus nu een tijd wezen reizen en tijdens mijn bachelor heb ik een half jaar in Praag gestudeerd. Ik ben vegetarisch, maar heb geen problemen met dat anderen vlees eten. Koken moet wel goed komen, tijdens het reizen heb ik een aantal kooklessen gedaan die ik graag toepas! Ik zoek een huis dat natuurlijk gezellig is, ook lijkt het me leuk als er vaak samen gegeten wordt en soms een huisavond of andere activiteit is.

hello my name is Lauri, I am 19 years old and I am from Slovakia. In September I will be starting my studies at Radboud University in Nijmegen. I'll be studying English language and culture and I plan to focus on my studies while I explore my surroundings and meet new people, I also have working experience and plan on working part-time besides my studies. In my free time I really enjoy photography, design, staying in and watching movies, shows, or reading books. I enjoy social outings but I also appreciate some quiet time for myself. I am looking for a comfortable room where I can settle down for at least a few months (If more is possible that is great, but if not that is okay too) until I get to know the city and people around me. For the past four years, since I was 15, I was attending a Secondary vocational school in Slovakia and because of that I have been living in a dormitory most of the time.
