Born and raised in Jerez de la Frontera, I am Spanish and lived there until I was 18, when I went to study in the United States for a year. I have been living in The Hague for two years now, but my connection with the Netherlands goes back much further, thanks to a close friendship with a family in Amsterdam that began over eight years ago.
