Hee! Ik ben Reinout, 19 jaar en op zoek naar een gezellig huis in Delft! Ik ben relaxed, sociaal en eigenlijk altijd wel in voor iets leuks. Ik hou van avonden met vrienden, samen eten, biertje doen, stappen of gewoon lekker thuis hangen. Muziek is echt mijn ding. Ik draai als DJ, onder andere het afgelopen jaar bij Lorre, en produceer ook eigen tracks, dus jullie kunnen op mijn musicale skills rekenen. Hoi, ik ben Willem (30). Samen met mijn vriendin Linda (26) dromen we van een huis in Amsterdam. We zijn beiden muzikanten, en merken dat Amsterdam dé stad is waar je moet zijn. We wonen nu nog apart in Utrecht in tijdelijke kamers met huisgenoten, en zouden graag gaan samenwonen. Amsterdam is voor ons de droom. Ik ben er geboren, werk er al vijf jaar bij het BIMHUIS in marketing en communicatie met een vast contract, en speel vaak in Amsterdam als saxofonist. Linda is zangeres en geeft zang- en pianoles, ook in Amsterdam (en Utrecht). Deze locatie is natuurlijk een buitenkans! We zijn allebei muzikant, maar bovenal rustige huurders. Spelen en repeteren doen we in onze studio en repetitieruimte. Thuis is de plek waar we samen tot rust komen. Mijn inkomen is deels vast en deels als zelfstandige, en komt samen uit op ongeveer € 3.500 bruto per maand. Linda is zangeres en geeft sinds kort zang- en pianoles. Samen komen we op een gezamenlijk bruto inkomen van ongeveer € 5.000 per maand. Een werkgeversverklaring, jaarcijfers en IB-aangiften lever ik direct bij de aanvraag aan. Hoi! Ik ben Ishara, 22 jaar oud, en momenteel bezig met afstuderen in Toegepaste Psychologie. Vanaf september start ik aan een nieuwe bachelor Psychologie aan de Radboud University. Sinds mijn 18e woon ik al op kamers in Nijmegen en inmiddels heb ik hier echt mijn eigen leven opgebouwd. Op dit moment woon ik in een studentenhuis met een vrij zelfstandige kamer (eigen keuken en ongeveer 30m²), maar ik merk dat ik nu toe ben aan een volgende stap: een eigen studio of appartement waar ik wat meer rust en mijn eigen ritme kan hebben. Ik ben erg zelfstandig, rustig en netjes. Ik hou van een schoon huis en ben eerlijk gezegd een beetje een stress-schoonmaker, er gaat dus wekelijks wel een doekje over alles heen en de stofzuiger wordt regelmatig gebruikt 😄. Ik ga niet vaak uit, organiseer geen feestjes en ga respectvol om met mijn woonomgeving. Natuurlijk heb ik soms vrienden of familie over de vloer, maar verder leef ik vrij rustig. In mijn vrije tijd hou ik van lezen, spelletjes spelen, samen eten met vrienden en gewoon gezelligheid opzoeken. Ik zoek vooral een fijne plek waar ik me thuis kan voelen. Omdat ik volledig op mezelf ga wonen, vind ik het ook belangrijk om goed en open contact te hebben met een huisbaas/verhuurder en duidelijke communicatie te hebben met elkaar. Ik hoop een fijne, rustige plek in Nijmegen te vinden waar ik voor langere tijd met plezier kan wonen!
