I’m moving to Eindhoven to study Industrial Engineering at TU/e and I’m looking for a comfortable, quiet place to call home while I focus on my degree. Before starting university I spent a gap year solo-travelling through South America, working in Maui and honing my surf skills, and spending a month in Bali surfing twice a day and meeting travellers from all over the world. It was an incredible experience that taught me a lot about independence, adaptability, and looking after myself (and others) wherever I am. I’m a responsible and tidy person; I take good care of shared spaces and respect the home I live in. I’m a non-smoker and don’t have any pets. I’m also pretty handy when it comes to DIY, so small things that need fixing are never a problem! Outside of my studies, I’m very active and love sport - tennis, kitesurfing, foil, surfing, skiing, wakeboarding, and hiking are all part of my life. I also have a real passion for food - I love cooking and eating well, with a good mix of Spanish and British influences thrown in. My parents are fully supportive of my move and are available to act as guarantors if required, so there is no concern regarding rent payments. Ik ben Philine en ik ben 19 jaar (in oktober wordt ik 20). Ik woon in Mijnsheerenland, een klein dorp in de buurt van Rotterdam. Komend studiejaar begin ik aan de studie Notarieel recht. Op dit moment ben ik ook veel op de golfbaan te vinden, ik speel al lange tijd golf en ik vind het heerlijk om in de buitenlucht rond te lopen en mijn spel te verbeteren. Het lijkt me erg gezellig om met elkaar leuke dingen te doen, maar ik vind het ook fijn om tijd voor mezelf te hebben. Ik ben netjes en georganiseerd, heel betrouwbaar en ook wel bescheiden, maar vind het zeker belangrijk om zo nu en dan gezellige dingen te ondernemen en er voor elkaar te zijn.
