Hello, I am Simon a 25 year old student from the small town of Würzburg in Germany. For four years I have studied architecture mainly there. For my Masters degree I was accepted at the TU-Delft, only thing missing now is a room to stay. I am rather a introverted type and often study focused. However since i will stay for at least two years, I am looking for some actuall company as well. In August I am starting my Masters in Arch at the TU Delft and am looking for accommodation for roundabout 2 years, as this is the duration of my study-programme (shorter rent period is fine too though). I am experienced with living alone as well as living with roommates and have never had negative encounters with landlords or my roommates (if anything I've found my best friends in my last shared apartment). I am tidy and respectful, and intend to have a great time in The Netherlands :) Currently also learning Dutch, but am still at a very basic level. I have a steady income and work remotely.
