Hallo, Ik zoek een studio of klein appartement voor mijn 2 jarige dochter en ik, 35m2 is in principe genoeg maar ben blij met elke extra m2. Ik heb ook 2 volwassen rustige poezen, deze richten geen schade aan. Ik heb een baan als crediteuren medewerker in Den Haag. 1-2 maanden borg is geen probleem. Ik wil niet meer betalen dan 1150 excl of 1400 incl, het liefst iets waar ik ook huurtoeslag aan kan vragen. Minimaal voor een jaar maar in principe verwacht ik langer te blijven aangezien ik toch geen hypotheek kan krijgen de eerste paar jaar. Ik ben verder stil, ben schoon en ik houd niet van te veel rommel, daardoor houd ik meubilair altijd minimaal. Ik rook en drink niet. Ik zoek per direct een woning. Ik moet me kunnen inschrijven.
