As a visiting researcher, I spend most of my weekdays at the university or the library. At home, I truly value a clean, quiet, and respectful living environment. I am a non-smoker, very tidy, and I take great care of the spaces I live in. Financial reliability is not an issue, as I have a stable income and dedicated funding for the duration of my stay.
