Hallo! Ik ben Gerloes, 29 en net terug van reizen en werken in het buitenland. In verband met mijn nieuwe baan in Nijmegen zoek ik een leuke woonruimte in een gedeeld huis met andere werkenden. Ik heb eerder in huizen gewoond met huisgenoten en dat bevalt altijd zeer goed. Ik houd heel erg van buiten zijn, actief in de bergen zijn en kringloopwinkels afstruinen alleen of met vrienden. Ik houd van een koffie doen of eten met vrienden en familie. Ik rook niet, ben netjes en vrij rustig.

Daarnaast huur ik al meer dan zeven jaar bij dezelfde verhuurder, die graag een verhuurdersverklaring voor me opstelt. Ik beschik over een garantiesteller en ben, indien gewenst, ook bereid om bij oplevering alvast een extra maand huur vooruit te betalen.
