Momenteel woon ik bij mijn ouders in Eindhoven, maar vanwege de lange reistijd naar Utrecht ben ik op zoek naar een zelfstandige woonruimte in Utrecht. Ik heb een stabiele inkomstenbron: ik geef bijles aan drie leerlingen, waarmee ik rond €300 per maand verdien. Daarnaast ontvang ik €200 per maand aan ondersteuning van mijn ouders. Ik ben actief bezig met het vinden van een extra bijbaan naast mijn huidige werk. Daardoor ben ik van jongs af aan gewend om opgeruimd, georganiseerd en hygiënisch te leven. Ik hou niet van insecten, dus ik zorg er altijd voor dat mijn woonruimte schoon blijft en geen etensresten of rommel bevat. Tijdens reizen met vrienden neem ik vanzelf de verantwoordelijkheid voor afwassen, de prullenbak legen, opruimen en het netjes houden van de accommodatie. Dit werd zelfs gewaardeerd door de verhuurder, die mij later een bericht stuurde om te bedanken voor het netjes verlaten van de accommodatie. Daarnaast heb ik werkervaring in cafés en restaurants, waardoor ik gewend ben aan hoge hygiënestandaarden. Ik kan goed moppen, bleken en zorg ervoor dat mijn omgeving altijd netjes en schoon blijft. Ik ben verantwoordelijk, respecteer huisregels en ga zorgvuldig om met woonruimte. Zoals ik eerder benoemd, mijn ouders kunnen indien gewenst een referentie of garantstelling geven. Ik heb geen negatieve verhuurgeschiedenis en verhuurders kunnen rekenen op een rustige, nette en betrouwbare huurder.

I'm originally from Germany, studied and worked in Design in Weimar, and I'm someone who genuinely loves shared living. I've lived in shared apartments for 5 years, so I know what makes it work: mutual respect, clear boundaries, being there for each other, and keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable. Living together well is something I take seriously – and enjoy. Outside of studies I love cycling, hiking, sitting in cafés, and exploring new places.
