Throughout this past year, I have been a responsible, clean, and considerate tenant, and I would be happy to provide references from my current landlord upon request. To demonstrate full financial solvency, my parents will act as my guarantors with a combined monthly income of €6,200 (proof of income available upon request). Additionally, we can provide proof of further financial backing.
