Hello! I am a 21-year-old psychology student from Bulgaria. I am at the end of the pursuit of my bachelor's programme at Maastricht University and will be moving to Rotterdam for my master's degree at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Therefore, I am looking for a room, or a studio with a rent of max. 720-750 Euro (incl. utilities), where I could stay for at least a year. I am looking forward to moving in August 2026, but could also work out a plan to do so earlier if needed. I am a quiet, clean, and tidy tenant, and have experience in sharing a flat with other people. I like chatting with people, but I also value my own privacy.

Mijn huurovereenkomst met mijn huidige verhuurder loopt binnenkort af, dus ik ben op zoek naar een woning voor minimaal een jaar, met ingang van 1 juni. We leiden een gezonde levensstijl en zijn actieve leden van de studentengemeenschap op onze universiteit. We zouden betrouwbare huurders zijn omdat we de ruimte altijd schoonhouden, anderen niet storen, betrouwbare inkomstenbronnen hebben en altijd goed bereikbaar zijn.
