Onze huidige woning is in perfecte staat, en we zorgen altijd netjes voor onze leefruimte. We hebben geen huisdieren, niet het type dat feest, en alcoholgebruik is minimaal. Wij hechten veel waarde aan een rustige leefomgeving. We respecteren altijd de privacy, rust en regels van buren en verhuurders. Wij zijn heel makkelijk in omgang en houden van een nette, vreedzame atmosfeer in het gebouw. Daarnaast sparen wij actief voor onze toekomstige bruiloft en een eigen business-startup, dus wij gaan verstandig met geld om. Indien nodig kunnen onze ouders optreden als garant. Wij zoeken een betaalbare, nette en rustige plek waar we kunnen slapen, eten en herstellen van onze drukke dagen. We are also saving for our future wedding and a business startup, so we manage our finances carefully. If needed, our parents can act as guarantors for rent or any financial matters.
