As I am coming from Canada, anywhere that I can stay for at least one year is suitable for me. I am easygoing and social, but enjoy peace and quiet so I can focus on my studies and artistic passions. I will have a steady and reliable income as a student from jobs, loans and family, and my guarantor living abroad — and I am willing to pay additional deposits or extended rent.
