Waarom ik geschikt ben als huurder; Ik ben een 25-jarige man en woon inmiddels ruim 5 jaar zelfstandig in Utrecht. In september start mijn afstudeerjaar van de opleiding Journalistiek aan de Hogeschool Utrecht. Ik ben daarom op zoek naar een woning voor de langere termijn (5–10 jaar), zodat ik mijn werkzame en sociale leven verder kan opbouwen in en rondom Utrecht. Heya! My name is Tomás (Thomas works too), I'm Portuguese, from Lisbon, and moving to Delft in September for my first year at TU Delft. First time living abroad, pretty excited about it. I'm very into sports. I run (half marathons and mountain trails), swim and cycle regularly, and I'm working towards doing an Ironman at some point. Also go to the gym pretty often, no leg days though 😂 I’m social in a pretty natural and low-pressure way, I like hanging out, but I’m not forcing it. I’ll join for shared meals, spontaneous plans and fun sidequests. I just like a place where everyone feels comfortable and natural, i’ll do whatever you guys are down for. I’m not loud or chaotic, but I’m definitely not closed off either, somewhere in the middle I keep things clean, I take the shared space seriously and have no issue with chores or general house stuff. Also still figuring out cooking but it's a work in progress 😂 Also pretty into tech, I can go deep on it if you're curious or completely shut up about it if you're not English isn't my first language but I use it constantly and it's never been an issue. In Lisbon, tourists and immigrants often think I’m not local because my English sounds fluent without a strong or weird accent.
