We're after stability rather than a short stay: happy to sign for 12 months and stay longer if it's the right fit. To make things easy for a landlord, we can provide a guarantor with documented income, and all our documents are ready to send. We're looking for a self-contained place where both of us can register with the municipality (BRP), which is important for our residence permits. In our free time, we're usually cycling, cooking, or out at a gallery or a film. We'd love a home where we can settle in and be good, low-fuss tenants and neighbours.
