Hi everyone! My name is Juan, I am 21 years old, and I am moving to the Netherlands this August to begin my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) at TU Delft. I have already fully finalized my university registration, paid my financial guarantee, and secured my student visa, so my finances and paperwork are 100% stable and ready to go. A bit about me: I am currently finishing up my mandatory military service in the South Korean Air Force. Because of this, I am incredibly disciplined, highly value a clean and structured living environment, and deeply respect house rules, shared chores, and quiet hours. When I’m not diving into coding projects or studying, I’m a big PC gamer (I love complex strategy games), a massive sports and Formula 1 fan, and I really enjoy creative writing. I also love cooking and trying out new recipes. What I am looking for: I am looking for a room or studio for at least 6 to 12 months (ideally longer). As a housemate, I am quiet and independent when it's time to focus on a demanding engineering degree, but I am also highly social and love a home with good chemistry—whether that means sharing a meal, watching a race/match together, playing board games, or having deep conversations over coffee. I am a strict non-smoker and do not bring any pets. Since I am currently wrapping up my military service abroad, I cannot attend in-person viewings immediately, but I am fully available and happy to jump on a video call (Zoom, WhatsApp, Teams) to introduce myself properly! Momenteel woon ik nog thuis in Hoorn, Noord-Holland, maar ik ben op zoek naar een kamer in Maastricht met gezellige huisgenoten. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik graag (tennis, sportschool, spinning), kook ik regelmatig en spreek ik graag met vrienden af om samen te eten, jammen en spellen te doen.
