Hoi hoi! Ik ben Vera, 21 jaar en ik zoek een gezellig huisje in Leiden om in te trekken. In april heb ik mijn mbo-verpleegkunde afgerond en vanaf september ga ik door met de hbo-verpleegkunde aan de Hogeschool Leiden. Dat doe ik duaal, wat eigenlijk betekent dat ik vooral werk en maar één dag per week naar school ga. Ik zit dus al wat meer in het werkende leven, maar wil m’n studententijd natuurlijk niet zomaar voorbij laten gaan. Over mij: ik ben een spontane en enthousiaste meid die houdt van gezelligheid. Samen koken, borrelen, een spelletje, feestje meepakken of gewoon lekker met een filmpje op de bank vind ik allemaal top. Maar ik vind het ook fijn om af en toe even mijn sociale batterij op te laden en m’n eigen ding te doen. Door mijn onregelmatige diensten ben ik niet bij een studentenvereniging gegaan, maar juist daarom lijkt het me extra leuk om in een huis te wonen waar altijd wat gezelligheid om me heen is :)) Verder hou ik ervan om lekker actief bezig te zijn en ben ik eigenlijk altijd in voor gezelligheid of een spontaan plan. Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (22 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen.Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik per september of eerder een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad.
