Ik ben met spoed opzoek naar een nieuwe woning na verbreking van relatie! Sinds februari woon en werk ik in Rotterdam, na een verhuizing vanuit het mooie Nijmegen voor de liefde. Momenteel werk ik als pedagogisch medewerker bij een BSO en mijn inkomen is €2966,- bruto per maand. Hoewel de relatie anders liep dan verwacht, voelt Rotterdam wel als de juiste plek voor mij. Ik ben de stad nog volop aan het ontdekken en ik zou hier graag willen blijven en dus opzoek naar een plekje voor mezelf.   In mijn vrije tijd sport ik veel (gym, wielrennen en hardlopen) en ben ik graag creatief bezig met dingen zoals face-charts maken, tatoeëren en kleien. Vanaf september begin ik ook aan een opleiding edelsmeden, omdat ik graag nieuwe dingen leer. Ik geloof dat ik een ideale huurder ben. Ik rook niet, ben gefocust op mijn carrière (en dus ook weer zoekende naar de volgende stap) en ik zorg graag goed voor mijn plekje. Wanneer ik met vriendinnen afspreek, doe ik dit dan ook graag buiten de deur om te voorkomen dat er iets kapot gaat of vies wordt (lees: onhandige vriendinnen). Ik ben op zoek naar een woning waar ik mijn single leven opnieuw kan opbouwen en waar ik me thuis kan voelen.

Mijn zoon Kirill (19) is eind augustus begonnen met zijn studie aan Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences in Apeldoorn. Kirill is een nette internationale student die de woning zeker schoon zal houden. Hij is opgeruimd, hygiënisch, verantwoordelijk en hij rookt niet. Kirill is de enige bewoner/huurder. Ik zal voor Kirill graag als garantsteller optreden. Ik ben graag bereid mijn inkomensdocumenten op te sturen die aantonen dat wij over voldoende middelen beschikken om de huur te betalen. Mijn totaal bruto maandinkomen bedraagt (omgerekend) ca. EUR 6000 incl. inkomsten van beleggingen en het verhuren van twee appartementen. Om extra zekerheid te bieden bij de beoordeling van de aanvraag kan ik ook de documenten aanleveren van een garantsteller in Nederland, een directeur met een hoog salaris, die bereid is haar inkomensdocumenten in te sturen. Graag hoor ik of dat noodzakelijk is. Ik zal het zeer op prijs stellen om van u te horen of en zo ja wanneer Kirill de kamer kan bezichtigen.
