I’m a Chef and I’m looking for a nice apartment

In August I'm coming to Utrecht to begin my studies at Utrecht University, but I also plan to start working after couple of weeks of setteling in. I'm looking for a single room or a two person apartment with a budget to maximum 700 euro per person. I'm coming all the way from Croatia so I can't personally come over for a viewing till the day of my arrival. If possible, I'm looking to rent an already furnished accomodation that also has wi-fi and a working kitchen.
