Hi! I’m Beatrice, 23 and looking for a place I can call home when I move to Amsterdam for my internship in September. For the past few years, I’ve been living in shared houses with other girls. I’m quite social and always down for a coffee, wine or a game of cards! Of course I also respect when my flatmates need quite time and private space :) Apart from that, I like being active, creative, cooking and baking in my free time. My internship starts September 1st, lasts until February 28th and I would be working normal office hours full time from monday to friday. I'm someone who gets a lot of energy from being around people, whether that's at uni, a rugby training session, a night out, or just chatting over dinner. At the same time, I'm just as happy disappearing into nature for a walk, reading a good book, meditating for a bit, or taking my old camcorder out to film whatever catches my eye. I've also recently gotten into dancing, so don't be surprised if I'm the first one convincing people to join me on the dance floor. I've lived in France, the US, Scotland, and the UAE, which has given me the chance to meet people from all kinds of backgrounds. I think that's made it pretty easy for me to connect with others and feel at home in new places. At home, I like keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable. I'm always happy to hang out or cook together, but I also appreciate everyone's own space just as I appreciate mine. I naturally clean up after myself and believe the state of your house reflects your state of mind.
