Ik rook niet, heb geen huisdieren en geen kinderen. Ik houd gedeelde ruimtes netjes en betaal huur altijd op tijd. Ik kan recent loonstrookjes, een werkgeversverklaring en een kopie van mijn arbeidscontract direct aanleveren. Inschrijving bij de gemeente is voor mij een vereiste. Ik zou dit graag schriftelijk bevestigd zien in het huurcontract. Ik spreek Engels en redelijk Nederlands. Bezichtiging kan ook 's avonds of in het weekend. Laat het me weten wat uitkomt.

Hey allemaal! Ik ben Luc, 22 jaar oud en woon momenteel nog in het mooie Maastricht. Ik ben op zoek naar een leuke kamer in Nijmegen om de komende twee jaar mijn Master in Cybersecurity te kunnen halen! Ik hou mezelf graag bezig, hetzij via activiteiten van de volleybal vereniging waar ik graag speel, via leuk bijkletsen met vrienden of via een kleine borrel in de achtertuin met het huis; het maakt me allemaal niet zo uit. Wel vind ik het belangrijk dat als ik een keertje uitgeput thuis kom, dat ik me dan ook zonder problemen lekker terug kan trekken naar m'n kamer. Verder doe ik veel met muziek (met een koptelefoon op, geen stress) en schrijf ik met vlagen aan een script wat nooit lijkt af te komen... Ik heb de afgelopen 4 jaar in Maastricht ook met een erg gezellig gemengd huis van 5 gewoond, dus met mensen samenwonen moet prima lukken. Schroom niet om me een berichtje te sturen als je denkt dat ik een leuke toevoeging aan je huis zou zijn!

Hallo, Ik zoek een studio of klein appartement voor mijn 2 jarige dochter en ik, 35m2 is in principe genoeg maar ben blij met elke extra m2. Ik heb ook 2 volwassen rustige poezen, deze richten geen schade aan. Ik heb een baan als crediteuren medewerker in Den Haag. 1-2 maanden borg is geen probleem. Ik wil niet meer betalen dan 1150 excl of 1400 incl, het liefst iets waar ik ook huurtoeslag aan kan vragen. Minimaal voor een jaar maar in principe verwacht ik langer te blijven aangezien ik toch geen hypotheek kan krijgen de eerste paar jaar. Ik ben verder stil, ben schoon en ik houd niet van te veel rommel, daardoor houd ik meubilair altijd minimaal. Ik rook en drink niet. Ik zoek per direct een woning. Ik moet me kunnen inschrijven.
