Ik ben Menno, 17 (in mei 18) jaar en ga aankomend schooljaar beginnen aan de studie mechanical engineering aan de TU. Ik kom uit Urk en hoop voor de komende studentenjaren in Enschede te kunnen doorbrengen. Ik ben een sociale en actieve gast die niet graag de hele avond alleen op zijn kamer zit. Daar horen natuurlijk ook een aantal hobby's bij. Ik hou van muziek maken en doe dit als slagwerker bij Showband Urk, waar we ook van gezelligheid houden. Ook ben ik bezig met audio- en videotechniek. Dit doe ik als geluidsman voor een kerk, maar ook bij feestjes kan je me vinden om de techniek te regelen. Ook kan een stukje sport niet ontbreken. Ik doe de laatste tijd aan hardlopen maar diverse sporten vind ik leuk om te doen.

I am a qualified lawyer in Spain, currently working as a legal trainee at an international law firm. A little about me, I am an easygoing and friendly person, used to international environments and having roommates. I studied Law and International Studies in Carlos III University, I lived in Maastricht during my Erasmus year, and also studied one semester at the University of Victoria (Canada). I adapt very easily to new people and spaces. I speak four(ish) languages (Spanish, English, French and Italian) so communication will not be an issue at all! 😄 As I have lived with many people during these years, I know communication and respecting people’s spaces is key to have a nice environment at the house. Hi! My name is Emrehan (or Emre could be easier), and I'm currently 25. I'm from Turkey but I've been living in The Netherlands for about three years now. I've been living with my family in South-Limburg ever since I came. I can understand and speak a basic level of Dutch, but I didn't want to be misleading by writing this Bio in Dutch, as most of my daily life is in English. I've been working in a supermarket in hours varying between 24-40 h/w for these last three years. When I move to Nijmegen, I plan to apply to new part-time jobs right away. As of September, I will be starting my Master's in Radboud Uni. I'm pretty happy and excited to get back on track with my aspirations. But the housing situation is also a bit terrifying as I want to have a place where I can anchor now (I don't want to move around for a while anymore :D). Honestly, I am quite sensitive with my boundaries, so I'd prefer a studio (but hey, who doesn't I guess). But we all have to make do with what we have, therefore I can describe myself as someone easy to share tasks with. I try to hold myself to a high standard of being fair to others, so I always get the job done and sometimes more. I am a smoker if that's also relevant. That's pretty much all I can say.
