Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. While studying Entrepreneurship together with my cofounder we started a company in robotics with the main office in Almere. I really enjoy building and fixing things not only at work but also around the house or in my free time. In the last years I have been active in small acting groups and enjoy comedy or movie nights with friends. I recently started olympic weightlifting which I hope to be able to continue once I move. Cooking is therefore also one of my passions (mainly for more than one). I have lived and worked in New Zealand, South Africa and Germany and consider the Netherlands my final home for the foreseeable future. ( dit kon alleen in Amersfoort of Leiden) daarom ben ik heel gedreven om mijn studie af te ronden en met een diploma te slagen.
