Hi! My name is Eleonora, I'm a 25-year-old Italian student and I'll be moving to Amsterdam in September 2026 to pursue a one-year Master's degree in European and International Law. I graduated in Law in Italy this April and, alongside my studies, I have always worked. I would like to continue working while living in the Netherlands, which is why I am looking for accommodation where municipal registration (BSN registration) is possible. I'm a tidy, organised, respectful and friendly person. I enjoy having a clean and peaceful home environment where everyone respects each other's space. At the same time, I like getting to know my flatmates, sharing a meal or a chat from time to time, and creating a nice atmosphere at home. I'll be focusing on my studies, but I also look forward to experiencing life in Amsterdam and meeting new people in an international environment. Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad.
