Before this, I completed a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology and a Master's degree in Molecular Biotechnology. I also worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia (IBEC), where I participated in drug discovery research for retinal degenerative diseases. Besides my research experience, I have also worked in Regulatory Affairs, which has helped me become organised, responsible and used to working in professional environments. Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Julius, ik ben 23 jaar oud en ik stel mijzelf graag aan u voor als uw nieuwe, betrouwbare huurder. Per 1 juli 2026 ben ik op zoek naar een fijne (boven)kamer in Hilversum van minimaal 12 m². Omdat ik een nette laminaatvloer erg mooi vind, gaat mijn voorkeur hiernaar uit. Daarnaast verplaats ik mijzelf dagelijks op de scooter; een tuin of een veilige schuur/berging waar ik deze kan stallen, zou voor mij echt een uitkomst zijn. Op dit moment zit ik in de absolute afrondingsfase van mijn studie Junior Accountmanager. Stilzitten is niks voor mij, dus daarnaast steek ik graag de handen uit de mouwen als assistent klantenservice bij de Albert Heijn in Kerkelanden. Na mijn afstuderen wil ik meteen fulltime aan de slag bij een accountantskantoor of administratiekantoor. Dit geeft mij niet alleen een mooie uitdaging, maar biedt u als verhuurder ook de zekerheid van een stabiel en vast inkomen. De keuze voor Hilversum is voor mij heel bewust. Ik houd van de gezelligheid en de dynamiek van de stad, maar waardeer ook de centrale ligging. Het is voor mij de perfecte uitvalsbasis om snel op mijn werk te zijn of vrienden te bezoeken. In het dagelijks leven ben ik een rustige, volwassen en sociale jongen. Ik vind het heerlijk om mijn eigen gang te gaan, maar ik draag ook graag mijn steentje bij aan een fijn leefklimaat in huis. hello my name is Lauri, I am 19 years old and I am from Slovakia. In September I will be starting my studies at Radboud University in Nijmegen. I'll be studying English language and culture and I plan to focus on my studies while I explore my surroundings and meet new people, I also have working experience and plan on working part-time besides my studies. In my free time I really enjoy photography, design, staying in and watching movies, shows, or reading books. I enjoy social outings but I also appreciate some quiet time for myself. I am looking for a comfortable room where I can settle down for at least a few months (If more is possible that is great, but if not that is okay too) until I get to know the city and people around me. I do not smoke and I do not have any pets either. For the past four years, since I was 15, I was attending a Secondary vocational school in Slovakia and because of that I have been living in a dormitory most of the time. Thanks to this I am already used to sharing bathrooms, kitchens or livingrooms with other people. I am respectful of others and their personal space.
