My father will act as my guarantor and cover the rent. He has a stable annual income of approximately 80,000 euro, ensuring reliable and consistent payements throughout the tenancy. I would be living alone in the apartement, I am responsible, do not host parties, do not smoke and take proper good care of the place i live in. As i am moving to Amsterdam mainly for my studies, i will frequently travel back to Poland to visit my friends and family. I would be happy to rent a property without a viewing if that is possible.
