I don't smoke, and I don't have pets, so there's no risk of odor, damage, or allergens in the property. I'll be honest that I'm searching with some urgency, since my current contract ends at the end of August, but I don't want that to come across as desperation. I'm looking for a stable, long-term home for the rest of my Master's and the coming years as I transition into full time work.
