Hey, ik ben Robin, een premaster studente op zoek naar een studio. Ik woon al 3,5 jaar in Nijmegen maar ben inmiddels toe aan een plekje voor mezelf. Ik heb gelukkig al een leventje opgebouwd hier en ben voorlopig ook niet van plan Nijmegen te verlaten, dus ik hoop een mooi stekkie te vinden waar ik mijn studie kan afmaken.

Ik ben de 32 jarige Ryan van Davelaar, een avonturier in hart en nieren. Net weer terug in Nederland gekomen na ongeveer 2,5 jaar de wereld hebben rondgefietst. Nu wil ik mij weer even stabiliseren en genieten van de gemakken en routines voordat ik weer mijn vleugels spreid. Mijn ideale huurperiode is vanaf dit moment 15-9-2026 tot december/januari. Als persoon ben ik transparant, eerlijk, sociaal, humoristisch, gedreven, georganiseerd en spontaan.

Alle benodigde documenten, zoals ID, salarisstroken, werkgeversverklaring, bankafschriften en een verhuurdersverklaring, kan ik volledig en direct aanleveren. In mijn vrije tijd kook ik graag, sport ik regelmatig en reis ik naar plekken met een rijke eet- en cultuurtraditie. Ik ben rustig, netjes en hecht veel waarde aan een stabiele woonomgeving. Ik ben specifiek op zoek naar een 2-kamer woning met een aparte slaapkamer en kan intrekken zodra het appartement beschikbaar is. Ik kom graag in aanmerking voor een bezichtiging. Ik ben Nick de With en ben 32 jaar. Ik ben geboren en getogen in Utrecht, dus ik ken de omgeving goed en weet de leuke plekjes wel aan te wijzen! Van mezelf uit ben ik een rustig persoon die goed voor zichzelf kan zorgen en geen problemen heeft met schoonmaak roosters. Ik sta altijd open voor een goed gesprek over de meest diverse dingen, daarnaast hou ik me in me vrije tijd veel bezig met muziek luisteren, sporten, boulderen, een (bord) spelletje met mensen en koken voor meer mensen dan alleen mezelf ( extra motivatie om me uit te sloven!)
