I’m originally from Sweden but grew up in California, and lived in Portugal for two years before moving here for my studies. I speak English and Swedish. I’m responsible, clean, and organized. I take good care of shared spaces and am always considerate of the people I live with. I don’t smoke and don’t play any instruments. I like to go out occasionally to hang out with friends, but I prefer to stay home to read or watch a movie. I also enjoy cooking. Although I’m a student, my rent will be financially supported by my parents, who can act as guarantors if needed, so payment will always be reliable.

For anything serious I always keep the landlord informed and in the loop. I'm calm and easy to live with. I don't host parties or have people over constantly. Outside of uni I run my own side projects in business and tech, so I'm usually focused and keep to myself in a good way. I've also worked as a waiter at large-scale events and have some experience in property management and rental processes, so I understand what's expected from a good tenant on both sides.
