Hi, my name is Carolina I came from Portugal and I am looking for a house. :) I am currently living and working here in the Netherlands since October 2023 in HEMA Warehouse in Utrecht. I'm really liking this country, the people have been so nice, they are calm and happy, the landscape, ride bike to everywhere, the mix heather... I have my two cats in Portugal that I want to bring them here, I really miss them, they are my soul. So has to be a landlord that accepts animals and I know that its even more difficult... Ik ben met spoed opzoek naar een nieuwe woning na verbreking van relatie! Sinds februari woon en werk ik in Rotterdam, na een verhuizing vanuit het mooie Nijmegen voor de liefde. Momenteel werk ik als pedagogisch medewerker bij een BSO en mijn inkomen is €2966,- bruto per maand. Hoewel de relatie anders liep dan verwacht, voelt Rotterdam wel als de juiste plek voor mij. Ik ben de stad nog volop aan het ontdekken en ik zou hier graag willen blijven en dus opzoek naar een plekje voor mezelf.   In mijn vrije tijd sport ik veel (gym, wielrennen en hardlopen) en ben ik graag creatief bezig met dingen zoals face-charts maken, tatoeëren en kleien. Vanaf september begin ik ook aan een opleiding edelsmeden, omdat ik graag nieuwe dingen leer. Ik geloof dat ik een ideale huurder ben. Ik rook niet, ben gefocust op mijn carrière (en dus ook weer zoekende naar de volgende stap) en ik zorg graag goed voor mijn plekje. Wanneer ik met vriendinnen afspreek, doe ik dit dan ook graag buiten de deur om te voorkomen dat er iets kapot gaat of vies wordt (lees: onhandige vriendinnen). Ik ben op zoek naar een woning waar ik mijn single leven opnieuw kan opbouwen en waar ik me thuis kan voelen.

Hi, my name is Paul and I'm moving to the Netherlands to pursue my Master's in Design for Interaction at TU Delft – a dream I've been working towards for a long time. I'm originally from Germany, studied and worked in Design in Weimar, and I'm someone who genuinely loves shared living. I've lived in shared apartments for 5 years, so I know what makes it work: mutual respect, clear boundaries, being there for each other, and keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable. Living together well is something I take seriously – and enjoy. Outside of studies I love cycling, hiking, sitting in cafés, and exploring new places. I'm looking forward to building a real home, not just a temporary stay. What I bring along: a great vinyl/CD collection, useful household appliances, and furniture for shared spaces if needed. Ik leer ook Nederlands, dus ik hoop snel een beetje mee te kunnen praten! Wat ik meeneem: een mooie cd-collectie, handige huishoudelijke apparaten en eventueel meubels voor de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. Financieel sta ik er goed voor: ik heb spaargeld en ga naast mijn studie parttime werken, dus de huur wordt altijd op tijd betaald.
