Wij zijn Huize Twee9, een gezellig studentenhuis met zowel Saxion als UT studenten. We eten elke avond samen in onze woonkamer of op ons dakterras in de zomer. We zijn allemaal actief bij studie/studenten/sportverenigingen. Om de week houden we maandag een huisavond waar we samen spelletjes spelen, EOTB of een film kijken of leuke activiteiten ondernemen, zoals thema-huisavonden. Ook gaan we regelmatig met elkaar naar festivals en organiseren we elk jaar SinterKerst en Nieuw.

I'm Chani, 27, and I work in quality assurance for medical technology. For the past five years I've built and run the quality systems behind medical devices , most recently as senior QA officer on an autonomous medical robot, and now as quality and risk lead at Niavicta, where I'm also co-founder. I have an M.A. in International Management, with a thesis on the adoption of autonomous medical devices that was graded with distinction, and a B.Sc. in Physiology and Psychology, cum laude. I'm originally from South Africa, where I worked in medical device regulation before moving to the Netherlands in 2023. I've been in Utrecht since then, so this would be a local move rather than a fresh start, I know the area and I'm settled here. Outside work I'm at the gym a few times a week and I walk a lot; it's how I get away from a screen. The rest of my free time mostly goes into programming , I'm usually building something, learning a new tool, or taking a system apart to see how it works. As a housemate I'm tidy, self-sufficient and easy to live alongside. I cook properly, clean up after myself, and I'm not someone who fills the house with people. I like coming home to a calm place at the end of the day. I'm not a student, which in practice means a steady income, a predictable weekday routine, and no plans to move out at the end of a semester.
