Hello dear ones, I am Carla, I am 28 years old and starting an Internship at a design studio at the Rotterdam harbour. For now it’s planned that I will stay until the 1st of march but I might stay longer if the city wins me over! ((-: 
I am an industrial designer - currently I am working at a studio in Weimar in Germany but it was always my dream to collect some experience in NL, so I randomly decided to just do that haha. I’ll work 40h per week :-( but I am also looking forward to getting to know the city and the people and I appreciate a pleasant and harmonious atmosphere in the apartment, where you can feel like home. My studies keep me pretty busy during the week, so I appreciate having a peaceful home, but I'm definitely not antisocial – I enjoy cooking together, watching a movie, or having a good conversation over dinner. Outside of studying, travelling is probably my biggest passion – I'm currently at 50+ countries and still counting! I also love cooking, movies, exploring new places and meeting people from different backgrounds. I'm a non-smoker and don't have any pets. Sinds mijn relatie breuk afgelopen zomer ben ik opzoek naar een fijn woonplek. Ik heb samengewoond in Friesland, maar mijn thuis is toch vooral in Alkmaar/Heerhugowaard! I am Nishita (she/her), a 25-year-old from India. I will join TU Delft as an MSc Mechanical Engineering student this August. I am a pretty tidy and quiet housemate. Growing up, I really loved to read, which has turned into a love for movies and good tv shows. When I am not reading or watching movies, I generally love to cook. Other than that, I enjoy crafts and photography a lot. But sometimes you just gotta bed rot and doomscroll, and I am all for that. I am also very pet-friendly and a non-smoker. On the weekends, I'll probably clean all around the house and then go out to explore the town. If my housemates really love board games, that would be a great way for me to bond.
