Goedendag! Mijn naam is Michael, ik ben 21 jaar, en momenteel woonachtig in Den Haag. Ik ben een rustige, nette, en verantwoordelijke huurder die waarde hecht aan een opgeruimd en prettig leefklimaat. Ik houd altijd rekening met huisgenoten en ben flexibel in het samenleven met anderen. In mijn vrije tijd schrijf ik, maak ik muziek, en werk ik aan ICT-projecten. Binnenkort ga ik mijn HBO-ICT studie weer oppakken, dus ik zoek een stabiele en inspirerende woonplek waar ik me zowel kan concentreren op mijn studie als ontspannen na een drukke dag. Financieel zit het goed: ik beschik over eigen vermogen en mijn ouders zijn garantstellers, waardoor de huur altijd gegarandeerd is. Ik ben bereid om per direct te verhuizen en ben beschikbaar voor zowel korte als langere huurperiodes, afhankelijk van de woning. Ik sta open voor zowel kamers, studio’s, als appartementen, en ben enthousiast om een plek te vinden waar ik me thuis kan voelen en goed kan aarden.
