Hello! We are two Italian students starting the Master's in Architecture at TU Delft and we are looking for a long-term home for the two of us. We previously studied in Venice and Paris, and we also had the opportunity to work together in an architecture firm in Tokyo. Having lived, studied and worked together for several years, we know we make great housemates and enjoy creating a peaceful and tidy home environment. We are clean, responsible, respectful and non-smokers. We have no pets and do not plan on having any. We are not party people and appreciate a calm and well-maintained living environment. Hoi! Ik ben Ishara, 22 jaar oud, en momenteel bezig met afstuderen in Toegepaste Psychologie. Vanaf september start ik aan een nieuwe bachelor Psychologie aan de Radboud University. Sinds mijn 18e woon ik al op kamers in Nijmegen en inmiddels heb ik hier echt mijn eigen leven opgebouwd. Op dit moment woon ik in een studentenhuis met een vrij zelfstandige kamer (eigen keuken en ongeveer 30m²), maar ik merk dat ik nu toe ben aan een volgende stap: een eigen studio of appartement waar ik wat meer rust en mijn eigen ritme kan hebben. Ik ben erg zelfstandig, rustig en netjes. Ik hou van een schoon huis en ben eerlijk gezegd een beetje een stress-schoonmaker, er gaat dus wekelijks wel een doekje over alles heen en de stofzuiger wordt regelmatig gebruikt 😄. Ik ga niet vaak uit, organiseer geen feestjes en ga respectvol om met mijn woonomgeving. Natuurlijk heb ik soms vrienden of familie over de vloer, maar verder leef ik vrij rustig. In mijn vrije tijd hou ik van lezen, spelletjes spelen, samen eten met vrienden en gewoon gezelligheid opzoeken. Ik zoek vooral een fijne plek waar ik me thuis kan voelen. Omdat ik volledig op mezelf ga wonen, vind ik het ook belangrijk om goed en open contact te hebben met een huisbaas/verhuurder en duidelijke communicatie te hebben met elkaar. Ik hoop een fijne, rustige plek in Nijmegen te vinden waar ik voor langere tijd met plezier kan wonen!

Hallo! Ik ben Tristan en ik ben bezig met mijn 3de jaar Technical Computer Science aan de UT. Ook al ben ik een echte computer nerd, lijkt het me toch gezellig om met een aantal anderen samen te wonen. Tot nu toe heb ik genoten van het OV elke dag, maar daar ben ik onderhand wel een beetje klaar mee, dus ben ik op zoek naar een leuke kamer in Enschede. Ik zelf ben vooral een rustige jongen, en daarom ben ik ook op zoek naar een rustig huis met niet al te veel leden, maar daarnaast vindt ik het af en toe ook gezellig om wat samen met het huis te doen. Ik speel zelf nu al een aantal jaar gitaar (wat af en toe door het huis te horen kan zijn) en muziek is daardoor een belangrijk onderdeel geworden van mijn leven.
