Beste verhuurder, Wij zijn Dave en Amber, 22 jaar oud, 3 jaar samen en zitten inmiddels in ons afstudeerjaar van onze bachelor. Beide willen we doorstuderen aan de TU Eindhoven en spreken hierbij onze interesse uit naar uw beschikbare woning.  We zouden graag een bezichtiging inplannen. Dave en ik zijn beide werkzaam bij de Albert Heijn en werken gemiddeld 11 uur/week. (€850,- /maand pp) Ik dans veel in mijn vrije tijd en Dave is vaak te vinden in de sportschool. Verder hebben wij geen bijzonderheden te melden naast dat we het super leuk zouden vinden om uw nieuwe huurders te worden! My mother is a diplomat and she will be moving to Strasbourg for her posting in the summer. She will be funding me for my studies. I wish to move to Leiden latest in June but it would be best if I can find an apartment as early as possible so that I can get well settled before my school starts and also visit my mother in Strasbourg. I am particularly interested in the apartment you are renting out because of the nearby amenities, and the relatively short commute to my University. I believe I would be the perfect tenant because, even though I enjoy socializing, I like my home to be a peaceful and private place.
