Ik ben Mara, 22 jaar en woon momenteel in Nijmegen. Momenteel die doe ik een tussenjaar na een Bachelor Psychologie. Tijdens mijn studententijd stond ik altijd open voor contact met medestudenten. Zo nam ik deel aan een studentenvereniging gericht op theater en deed ik mee aan verschillende cursussen in sport zoals badminton en boksen. Met vrienden vind ik het erg leuk goede gesprekken te voeren, te wandelen en iets te drinken in een café. Zelf sport ik graag, houd ik van tekenen, lezen en series en films kijken. Ook werk ik al anderhalf jaar bij een mentale support lijn waarbij ik emotionele ondersteuning bied aan jongvolwassenen. Tijdens mijn tussenjaar ben ik gaan reizen door verschillende landen in Europa en doe ik vrijwilligerswerk waarbij ik in contact kom met mensen van verschillende religies en culturen. Zo werk ik werkte ik in een boeddhistisch centrum en een vluchtelingenkamp. Dit sluit ook aan bij de master die ik wil gaan doen in Groningen; Applied Social Psychology. Daarnaast heb ik ook allerlei verschillende sporten uitgeprobeerd zoals zeilen, go karting en duiken. Ik zou mezelf beschrijven als iemand die open staat voor contact met anderen, nieuwsgierig, hardwerkend en betrouwbaar is. In verband met mijn master zoek ik vanaf uiterlijk september een kamer in Groningen :)

Hi! I'm Roni and I'm looking for a flat/room. A bit about me: I'm from Barcelona and currently I work at the VU as a lecturer. I work from the office always, and weekends I can be out and about quite a bit. So even if I am probably not going to be around much, I still want to find a place that feels like a home and where people take care of the shared space. I have lived in many different shared houses already, I'm used to it and I'm fairly easy to get along with and adaptable. I am a very clean person (I have a passion for ironing) and also not a great cook (so I won't be taking up many hours the kitchen). I'm into hobbies ranging from french film to house parties. I will talk to my family quite a bit on the phone, but I have learnt to tone down the Spanish volume to acceptable standards. Also, not a smoker! My study program is pretty demanding, so I usually spend most of my time studying or going to the gym, which keeps my routine quite stable. I enjoy cooking simple meals during the week (mostly Asian food), and I naturally clean up after myself and keep shared spaces tidy. I don’t host parties or bring people over, so I’m used to a quiet and low-key household. I’m friendly and easy to get along with, but I also respect personal space and boundaries.
