I am Marjane. I live in Lyon, France and I am preparing for a French/British Baccalaureate with biology and social and economic sciences as my main subjects. I want to study psychology because I’m interested in human behaviors. Later on, I want to mix psychology with cognitive sciences or move to Neuro-psychology. Psychology and biology are my main interests! Outside work I like climbing, volleyball and cycling. Climbing is very much part of our family culture, we often go on climbing holidays with my parents and my brother in the cliffs near Lyon or in the Alps. I cycle to college every day. I also play trumpet in a brass Orchestra. It’s quite fun and a good way to meet nice people. We moved to Lyon when I was 11. Before that we were living in Southampton, UK. It was very cosmopolitan, I grew up with kids from Italy, Latin America, India, Poland etc... This is why I am very excited to study in Leiden to experience this cultural diversity that I enjoyed so much as a kid. Being the eldest sibling in a family with two children, taking care of others has always been a pleasure. That is also why I take care of young children monthly with a scout non-profit organisation.

Referenties zijn opvraagbaar, maar ik kom het liefst gewoon even kennismaken natuurlijk. Ik rook niet en ik gebruik niet. Ik heb ook geen huisdieren. Verder ben ik ook veel op mezelf, al houd ik wel erg van gezelligheid. Mijn vriend komt wel soms op bezoek. Al zal dat met studeren minder zijn. In ieder geval, dat was denk ik wel genoeg over mij. Ik ben Frerik, 26, en ben halverwege mijn master automotive technology in Eindhoven. Ik heb dit jaar nog wat vakken waarvoor ik heen en weer reis, maar volgend jaar een stage en een scriptie waarvoor ik niet per se in Eindhoven hoef te zijn, en mijn gehele sociale leven zit nog altijd in Delft (ik heb hier mijn bachelor WB gedaan en ben er geboren) vandaar dat ik tóch hier een kamer zoek. Ik speel graag spelletjes, ga af en toe boulderen of naar klimweekendjes, klus met liefde aan mijn fiets, zou graag weer eens gaan zeilen, luister graag naar muziek, speel heel soms gitaar, kan ontzettend genieten van autorijden, en begin binnenkort ook met motorrijlessen. Het lijkt mij heel fijn om voorlopig (ook na mijn master) ergens te wonen met huisgenoten, om samen mee of voor te koken, en samen mee te studeren :)
