My name is Konstanze, I’m 23 and originally from Vienna. After completing my Bachelor’s in PPLE at the University of Amsterdam, I moved back to Vienna for a while and am now returning to the Netherlands to start a Master’s in International Relations at Leiden University. I have experience living in both student housing and shared apartments in Amsterdam and Vienna, and I really enjoy that kind of living environment. In my free time I like going to the cinema, visiting exhibitions, and cooking or baking, often trying out new recipes. Voor een gezellige avond ben ik altijd te porren — maar ik respecteer net zo goed ieders ruimte en ritme. Kortom: betrouwbaar, relaxed en iemand die een huis snel een fijne plek maakt.

Per 1 juli 2026 ben ik op zoek naar een fijne (boven)kamer in Hilversum van minimaal 12 m². Omdat ik een nette laminaatvloer erg mooi vind, gaat mijn voorkeur hiernaar uit. Daarnaast verplaats ik mijzelf dagelijks op de scooter; een tuin of een veilige schuur/berging waar ik deze kan stallen, zou voor mij echt een uitkomst zijn. Na mijn afstuderen wil ik meteen fulltime aan de slag bij een accountantskantoor of administratiekantoor. Dit geeft mij niet alleen een mooie uitdaging, maar biedt u als verhuurder ook de zekerheid van een stabiel en vast inkomen. De keuze voor Hilversum is voor mij heel bewust. Ik houd van de gezelligheid en de dynamiek van de stad, maar waardeer ook de centrale ligging. Het is voor mij de perfecte uitvalsbasis om snel op mijn werk te zijn of vrienden te bezoeken. In het dagelijks leven ben ik een rustige, volwassen en sociale jongen. Ik vind het heerlijk om mijn eigen gang te gaan, maar ik draag ook graag mijn steentje bij aan een fijn leefklimaat in huis. Een schoon en opgeruimd huis vind ik erg belangrijk.
