Hello there. This is Diana Coluccio (26 year old French-Italian) and David (31 year old Portuguese). We are a couple currently residing in Amsterdam seeking a house to rent for the two of us. At this time, We are looking for a new home to stay for a long period in Amsterdam. We need an address that can allow us to be registered at the municipality (gemeente) with both our BSN. Ideally, we would prefer a simple apartment (with 40 m² at minimum). With it's rent price ranging between 1500 - 2000 € per month. Willing to move in September (max 15th of October). We are a calm, easygoing couple who like to protect their own environment with organization and peace. Loyal to our duties and responsibilities. We both work in horeca sector. David is currently working in a 5 star hotel (Pestana Riverside Hotel). And Diana in Local Coffee Restaurant, at the heart of the city. Both with fix term contract. Our total income together is 5.620 €. We have been in this city for 4 years and at this moment We are searching together for a new home with some urgency.
