Hii, ik ben Maud 😊 Ik ben 23 jaar oud en studeer momenteel de master Global Markets and Local Creativities aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam (een beetje te vergelijken met politiek en entrepreneurship 😉). Na mijn bachelor Liberal Arts and Sciences aan de University College Groningen ben ik nu bezig met een tweejarige master, waarvoor ik vanaf augustus/september op zoek ben naar een kamer in (de omgeving van) Rotterdam. Ik ben geboren in Amsterdam, maar heb ook een groot deel van mijn jeugd in Zweden en China gewoond. Toen ik 11 was verhuisde mijn familie eerst naar Zweden en later naar Shanghai, waardoor ik ben opgegroeid in een internationale omgeving en al vanaf jonge leeftijd Engelstalig onderwijs heb gevolgd. Mijn ouders en jongere broertjes wonen tegenwoordig in Malmö, waar ik deze zomer ook verblijf. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik graag, ga ik naar culturele evenementen en spreek ik af met vrienden. Tijdens mijn studententijd in Groningen heb ik gevoetbald bij een vriendenteam van de universiteit en gewerkt naast mijn studie. Tegenwoordig besteed ik veel tijd aan mijn master, die behoorlijk intensief is, waardoor ik regelmatig in de bibliotheek te vinden ben. Daarom ben ik ook een rustige huisgenoot die waarde hecht aan een fijne en prettige woonsfeer. Momenteel verblijf ik dus in Malmö, waardoor ik niet altijd in staat ben om fysiek langs te komen voor een bezichtiging. Een online kennismaking of videocall zou daarom ideaal zijn. Groetjes, Maud

Hoi! Ik ben Kaat van den Eijnden, momenteel ben ik 18 jaar maar in juli word ik 19. Vanaf september begin ik met de studie Rechtsgeleerdheid aan de Radboud Universiteit. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een kamer in Nijmegen. Ik ben sociaal, maak makkelijk contact en in mijn vrije tijd vind ik het leuk om met vriendinnen een koffietje te doen of een avond uit te gaan. Maar een avondje lekker lezen of een serie te bingen vind ik ook heerlijk. I'm a Lebanese joint master's student doing my second year in Smart Electrical Networks and Systems Engineering at TU/e and am looking for a place to stay for my year in the Netherlands! I am currently working in Sweden and plan on finding master thesis opportunities in Eindhoven to complete my degree. My father is my greatest supporter and he will be the one paying my rent! However, the money will be coming from my European bank account as it might be tricky to directly pay from the UAE. I’m super friendly and easy going, I am also quite clean and neat when it comes to any facilities. I currently live in my university dorm and I could tell you that I have never been late to a payment (I am always early actually) and I kept my room in its initial state to the best of my capabilities! My dogs are Shetland Sheepdogs (medium-sized), both under 10 kg. I am a professional dog groomer and dog trainer, and my dogs are very well-trained. They do not chew furniture or damage the property. After walks, I always clean them properly before bringing them inside. I’ll wash them every two weeks to keep them clean. Once my freelance visa is approved, I will be working as a groomer five days a week. I plan to work at a salon where I can bring my dogs with me, so they will not be left alone at home. I do not smoke and I do not drink alcohol. I am a responsible and reliable tenant. I lived in the UK and Australia for a year each so I’ve used to live in abroad. I take off my shoes when entering the home and always keep the place clean and well-maintained. I will arrive in the Netherlands on July 17, but I am able to start paying rent immediately if needed.
