My name is Nea, I’m a 20-year-old Finnish student currently studying International Relations and Organisations at Leiden University. I moved to The Hague last August and have been living in a shared apartment with five flatmates, but since my contract is ending soon, I’m now looking for a new place to live. I’m used to living with others, so I’m respectful, tidy, and mindful of shared spaces. I also contribute to buying shared household essentials like toilet paper, etc. I don’t smoke or drink, and I generally enjoy cozy nights, although I do like the occasional social night out. out. Alongside my studies, I work part-time at my university as part of the exam hall crew, where I assist in setting up examination spaces. In addition, I receive financial support from Finland. I also have personal savings. I’d describe myself as open and active. I like staying busy, and I’m always down to try new activities. I go to the gym regularly, and in my free time I also like watching football, listening to music, and watching movies. I also spend a good amount of time studying and keeping up with my readings. I can be a little shy at first, but once I get comfortable, I’m really easygoing and chill. As a roommate, I’m looking for people who respect each other’s privacy and personal space, but are also up for a quick chat or hanging out now and then. I am particularly motivated to secure this housing because having a stable and comfortable place to live would allow me to fully focus on my studies. Ik ben Romy (rechts op de foto's) en Lynn (links op de foto's) is is mijn tweeling zus, ik ben opzoek naar een woning voor ons samen of een eigen studio of kamer. Wij zijn beide 23 jaar. Ik ben student aan de Hogeschool van Amsterdam en Lynn studeert aan de universiteit van Leiden (Den Haag campus). Allebei lenen wij het maximale bedrag (rond 1300 euro). Ik woon nu in Haarlem en Lynn woont in Den Haag. Beide hebben wij ook een bijbaan naast onze studie, wij zijn van plan om als wij ergens anders komen te wonen ook hier naast onze studie te gaan werken. We zijn allebei redelijk rustig en niet zo van feesten en uitgaan, vandaar dat we samen opzoek zijn naar een appartement of aparte studio's en niet op traditionele kamers willen gaan. Onze voorkeur gaat naar een woning in regio Den Haag, Leiden en omstreken, maar we staan open voor andere opties zoals regio Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht. I’m Romy (on the right in the photos) and Lynn (on the left in the photos) is my twin sister. I am looking for a place for us to live together, or for my own studio or room. We are both 23 years old. I am a student at the University of Applied Sciences in Amsterdam (Hogeschool van Amsterdam) and Lynn studies at Leiden University (The Hague campus). We both borrow the maximum student loan (around €1300). I currently live in Haarlem and Lynn lives in The Hague. We both also have part-time jobs alongside our studies, and we plan to work as well if we move somewhere else. We are both fairly quiet and not really into parties and going out, which is why we are looking for an apartment together or separate studios, rather than traditional shared student housing. Our preference is for a place in the Amsterdam, The Hague, or Leiden regions and surrounding areas, but we are open to other options as well.

Hello everyone, I am currently finishing my Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and will be starting a double Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Sustainable Energy Technology at TU/e in September 2026. In addition, I currently work at Picnic 2–3 days per week. However, my parents are financing my studies and will be covering the rent. I am a friendly and positive woman from the Northen part of Europe and Im looking for a home due to upcoming relocation to The Netherlands. I currently work for a large multi national company and am relocating from an office in Sweden to one of our offices in Leiden. Im passionate about my job and very much looking forward to work with my colleagues in Leiden. I work as an IT specialist in multiple disciplines and have a lot of responsibility when it comes to people and systems. Im generally well liked by everybody due to being both multicultural and multilingal which means I get along very well with people of different ethnicity, culture and background. I am an easy going person by nature with an open mind to life. I am also very curious about everything, especially different cultures and languages which means I currently speak five languages with more planned in the future, dutch being the next one. As with my job Im also very responsible in my daily life and keep all aspects of it in good order, especially when it comes to my home and paying the bills on time. As a non smoker I prefer my surroundings smoke free although I can tolerate tobacco smoke to some extent as I have full understanding of people needing to smoke. I dont drink alcohol but enjoy it when people around me are having a swell time over beer or wine. At the same time. I dont do drugs but am liberal when it comes to the views on drugs. My general rule is, I dont do drugs but I dont put my nose in what other people do. When not working I enjoy spending my time at home or walking around with my photographic camera. Im an avid amatour photographer and shoot both in digital and on film. As I am a computer nerd by nature I prefer spending the time at home tinkering with my computers and doing online activities. Next to that I like to spend the evenings watching films or series or reading a good book. When it comes to my home Im very protective of it and I have the need to keep everything in order. While not a party type of any sort I do understand the value of inviting people to the home for some fun but generally I prefer meeting people out on the town so during weekends I might prefer to spend the whole day in one of Europes big cities for some fun. If you are looking for an excellent tenant who pays the bills on time and keeps the estate in good order look no further. In me you will find the right person.
