Hoi! Ik ben Sander, 29 jaar, en ik ben op zoek naar een fijne kamer in Amsterdam vanaf 1 september/oktober. Ik werk als full-time ontwerper en ben lichtkunstenaar wanneer dat kan en ben veel bezig met kunst, materialen, techniek en het maken van nieuwe dingen voor clubs en musea. Ik ben rustig, sociaal en netjes. Thuis vind ik het fijn als het gezellig is en je af en toe samen kunt eten, koffie drinken of een biertje kunt doen, maar ik vind het ook belangrijk dat iedereen zijn eigen ruimte en ritme heeft. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik graag bezig in mijn studio, kook ik, ontdek ik nieuwe plekken in de stad en houd ik van vintage meubels en kleding, kunst en design. Ik ben praktisch ingesteld en vind het leuk om samen een huis prettig en verzorgd te houden en om dingen te repareren of te verbeteren. Ik zoek bij voorkeur een kamer in Amsterdam met een goede verbinding met het centrum, liefst in een huis waar de sfeer relaxed en open is. Een huis alleen, met één of meerdere huisgenoten lijkt me juist leuk. Qua budget zoek ik iets tot ongeveer €1100 per maand, afhankelijk van de kamer en wat inclusief is. Hierdoor heb ik tijdens mijn studie voldoende financiële zekerheid. Beide mijn ouders werken en verdienen goed. Mijn papa verdient rond de €5000 per maand en mijn mama €1700 per maand. Ik ben van nature een rustig en netjes persoon. In mijn vrije tijd teken en lees ik heel graag en ik vind het fijn om thuis een rustige plek te hebben waar ik kan studeren, creatief bezig kan zijn en tot rust kan komen. Ik ga zorgvuldig om met mijn spullen en zou dat natuurlijk ook met de studio doen. Deze studio sprak mij meteen aan en ik zie mezelf hier echt wonen tijdens mijn studie in Nederland. Het zou voor mij heel bijzonder zijn om hier mijn nieuwe hoofdstuk te kunnen beginnen. Ik ben dan ook serieus geïnteresseerd en zou heel graag de kans krijgen om de studio te mogen bezichtigen.
