My name is Bradley, I'm a 24 year old working student. Currently living and working in Gouda and starting the Master's in Industrial Design in Eindhoven. I spent the past 4 years studying in Rotterdam and built my social network here. Rotterdam would be perfectly in the middle of my study and work, with the added benefit of being close to my friends. I spend a lot of time outside the house, but love to come back to my own space. However, I do enjoy going out for a drink or a fun activity once in a while.

I'm Chani, 27, and I work in quality assurance for medical technology. For the past five years I've built and run the quality systems behind medical devices , most recently as senior QA officer on an autonomous medical robot, and now as quality and risk lead at Niavicta, where I'm also co-founder. I have an M.A. in International Management, with a thesis on the adoption of autonomous medical devices that was graded with distinction, and a B.Sc. in Physiology and Psychology, cum laude. I'm originally from South Africa, where I worked in medical device regulation before moving to the Netherlands in 2023. I've been in Utrecht since then, so this would be a local move rather than a fresh start, I know the area and I'm settled here. Outside work I'm at the gym a few times a week and I walk a lot; it's how I get away from a screen. The rest of my free time mostly goes into programming , I'm usually building something, learning a new tool, or taking a system apart to see how it works. As a housemate I'm tidy, self-sufficient and easy to live alongside. I cook properly, clean up after myself, and I'm not someone who fills the house with people. I like coming home to a calm place at the end of the day. I'm not a student, which in practice means a steady income, a predictable weekday routine, and no plans to move out at the end of a semester. I'm looking for somewhere settled for the longer term , at least 1-2 years.

Verder ben ik een groot muziekliefhebber: Ik hou voornamelijk van 80's, indie(rock), pop, house, hardstyle. Eigenlijk luister ik naar bijna alles. Ik ga dus ook graag naar festivals! Verder ga ik graag naar de sportschool. Ik ben op zoek naar een gezellig huis waar ruimte is voor een praatje, een gezamenlijke maaltijd of een spontane activiteit, maar waar iedereen natuurlijk ook zijn eigen ding kan doen.
