Just recently, I moved to Den Haag to start my 4-year PhD in oceanography at TU Delft, which began in May. To integrate into Dutch culture, I’ll soon be attending a language course and meeting up at a language café every week. For nearly the past 10 years, I’ve lived in shared flats and always had great experiences sharing a home with interesting people from diverse ages, backgrounds, nationalities, and genders. I’m happy to provide references from previous landlord. I’m looking for a long-term rental with a budget of up to €1,100 per month, prefer a room with a desk for work, and am ready to move in by June 15th with all my paperwork prepared. Sharing a home feels best when I can openly talk with my roommates and when it feels like a cozy family.
