Hi! We are moving from Germany to Rotterdam on November 1st, where I'm starting a permanent position with a Dutch employer. We're looking for a furnished apartment or studio for 2 months (Nov–Dec) while we search for a long-term home. About us: We are non-smoking, quiet and tidy tenant with a stable income and I can provide my employment contract, proof of income and references from previous landlords. I treat every home as if it were my own and will leave the apartment in perfect condition. We have two calm, neutered indoor cats — clean, well-behaved and used to apartment living. I can pay the full rental period upfront, decide quickly, and I'm available for a video call anytime. If registration (inschrijving) at the address is possible, that would be a big plus, but it's not a dealbreaker. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Omdat ik in Rotterdam woon, is het soms lastig om op korte termijn een bezichtiging bij te wonen. Mocht er serieuze interesse zijn om de woning aan mij te verhuren, dan kom ik uiteraard graag naar Groningen voor een bezichtiging en het ondertekenen van de huurovereenkomst.
