My name is Fernando Rodríguez Barroso. I am a third-year student at Leiden University, studying International Relations and Organisations (Political Science). Born and raised in Jerez de la Frontera, I am Spanish and have lived there until I was 18, when I went to study in the United States for a year. I have been living in The Hague for two years now, but my connection to the Netherlands goes back over eight years, thanks to a close family friendship in Amsterdam. I speak Spanish and English fluently, and I already have a good command of Dutch, although I intend to keep improving it until I can speak it with fluency. For the time being, I plan to continue studying for my master’s degree in the Netherlands, as I feel very at home in this country and its culture. Als vaste baan ben ik bezorger en breng ik de JA van Jumbo rond. Ik geniet van deze baan en als ik naar een andere woonplaats moet verhuizen, kan ik ook werken vanuit een andere hub. Als huurder kan ik, als u dat wilt, opknapklusjes aan het huis van u overnemen. Ik ben daar zeer nauwkeurig en vaardig in en heb ook ervaring als hovenier. Als u een tuintje voor mij heeft, of een lichte ruimte voor een paar kamerplanten, ben ik driedubbel gelukkig! Een niet al te hoog huurbedrag zou mij enorm helpen om mijn kunst, hobby's en roadtrips te financieren. Daarom zou ik graag een woning hebben die in aanmerking komt voor huurtoeslag. Hi! I'm Chris, 23, originally from Poland. I'm currently doing my Master's in Computer Science, and from September I'll also be starting a Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering at TU Delft. I'm looking for a place to call home for the next couple of years while I complete my degrees. I've moved around quite a bit over the past few years, including spending six months in Canada on exchange, so I'm very comfortable living with different people and adapting to new environments. I'm clean, responsible and respectful of other people's privacy and space. My studies keep me pretty busy during the week, so I appreciate having a peaceful home, but I'm definitely not antisocial – I enjoy cooking together, watching a movie, or having a good conversation over dinner. Outside of studying, travelling is probably my biggest passion – I'm currently at 50+ countries and still counting! I also love cooking, movies, exploring new places and meeting people from different backgrounds. I'm a non-smoker and don't have any pets. Alongside my studies, I run my own business and also have a guarantor with a stable income, so I can provide financial security when required. Hallo! Ik ben Tristan en ik ben bezig met mijn 3de jaar Technical Computer Science aan de UT. Tot nu toe heb ik genoten van het OV elke dag, maar daar ben ik onderhand wel een beetje klaar mee, dus ben ik op zoek naar een leuke kamer in Enschede. Ik speel zelf nu al een aantal jaar gitaar (wat af en toe door het huis te horen kan zijn) en muziek is daardoor een belangrijk onderdeel geworden van mijn leven.
