Mijn naam is Tess, ik ben 20 jaar oud en studeer in Utrecht. Naast mijn studie werk ik in een restaurant. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik graag creatief bezig met tekenen en schilderen, maar ik houd ook van koken en lezen. Ik omschrijf mezelf als een rustig, verantwoordelijk en verzorgd persoon. Een fijne, schone en prettige woonomgeving vind ik erg belangrijk. Momenteel ben ik op zoek naar een kamer of studio in Utrecht. Op dit moment reis ik dagelijks een lange afstand voor mijn studie, wat veel tijd en energie kost. Een woonplek dichter bij school zou voor mij een groot verschil maken en mij meer ruimte geven om mij te focussen op mijn studie, werk en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. De woning spreekt mij erg aan en ik zie mezelf hier met veel plezier wonen. Daarom hoop ik dat ik de kans krijg om langs te komen voor een bezichtiging en mezelf verder voor te stellen. Ter aanvulling wil ik graag vermelden dat mijn ouders garant staan voor de maandelijkse huurverplichtingen, waardoor de huurbetaling financieel goed gewaarborgd is. Hoi! Ik ben Ishara, 22 jaar oud, en momenteel bezig met afstuderen in Toegepaste Psychologie. Vanaf september start ik aan een nieuwe bachelor Psychologie aan de Radboud University. Sinds mijn 18e woon ik al op kamers in Nijmegen en inmiddels heb ik hier echt mijn eigen leven opgebouwd. Op dit moment woon ik in een studentenhuis met een vrij zelfstandige kamer (eigen keuken en ongeveer 30m²), maar ik merk dat ik nu toe ben aan een volgende stap: een eigen studio of appartement waar ik wat meer rust en mijn eigen ritme kan hebben. Ik ben erg zelfstandig, rustig en netjes. Ik hou van een schoon huis en ben eerlijk gezegd een beetje een stress-schoonmaker, er gaat dus wekelijks wel een doekje over alles heen en de stofzuiger wordt regelmatig gebruikt 😄. Ik ga niet vaak uit, organiseer geen feestjes en ga respectvol om met mijn woonomgeving. Natuurlijk heb ik soms vrienden of familie over de vloer, maar verder leef ik vrij rustig. In mijn vrije tijd hou ik van lezen, spelletjes spelen, samen eten met vrienden en gewoon gezelligheid opzoeken. Ik zoek vooral een fijne plek waar ik me thuis kan voelen. Omdat ik volledig op mezelf ga wonen, vind ik het ook belangrijk om goed en open contact te hebben met een huisbaas/verhuurder en duidelijke communicatie te hebben met elkaar.
