Mijn naam is Femke, ik ben 28 jaar en ik werk fulltime als arts-onderzoeker bij de afdeling Infectieziekten van het UMC Utrecht. Ik ben geboren en getogen in Utrecht en ben van plan nooit meer weg te gaan uit deze mooie stad. Ik woon momenteel vlak bij het Spoorwegmuseum, waar ik een huis deel met één iemand anders. Omdat er geen gemeenschappelijke ruimte is en ik vanwege mijn nieuwe baan meer behoefte heb aan rust, privacy en een fijne plek om thuis te komen na een drukke werkdag, ben ik op zoek naar een schone en rustige woonruimte voor mezelf. In mijn vrije tijd houd ik van lezen, wandelen en koken. Daarnaast sport ik meerdere keren per week en fiets ik veel, zowel in de sportschool als buiten. Ik leef rustig, netjes en hecht veel waarde aan een prettig en opgeruimd huis. Mijn bruto maandinkomen is €4983,- inclusief vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering. Voor zover dit ooit nodig zou zijn/indien gewenst, heb ik een garantsteller voor de huur met een bruto maandinkomen van ongeveer €7000,-. Verder heb ik geen schulden, ook geen studieschuld. Samengevat ben ik op zoek naar een eigen, nette woonruimte met meer privacy nu ik aan een nieuwe baan ben begonnen.
