I am interested in renting a self-contained studio/apartment starting with July 1st, for at least 12 months, but I would prefer 24 months. I have been living in Groningen since August 2025 (currently at SSH Upsilon), so I am well-integrated into the city and familiar with the local culture and responsibilities of being a tenant. I am a calm, organized, and focused student. I do not smoke, I do not have pets, and I highly value a quiet and clean living environment that allows me to excel in my studies. Financial Guarantees: Regarding the financial aspect, my parents will be acting as my financial guarantors. They are fully committed to supporting my housing costs throughout my studies.
