Nice to meet you! In September I'll be moving to Delft to study an MSc in Chemical Engineering. I'm 23 years old, from Spain and I'm looking for a long-term apartment. I lived in Germany for a year with five roommates (you can see us in the 4th picture) and we made a lot of plans together. My year in Germany showed me how much a good atmosphere at home matters, and I'd love to find something similar in Delft. I don't smoke, I like to keep shared spaces clean and tidy and I also like cooking! I don't speak Dutch yet, but I do speak English and German, and Spanish, of course :)

Geachte verhuurder, Per 1 juli ben ik op zoek naar een zelfstandige kamer/studio in omgeving centraal Nederland. Mijn huidige woonruimte komt te vervallen doordat mijn huisgenoot vertrekt(Gaat samenwonen met zijn vriendin) — ik zoek dus een eigen plek met iemand samen of waar ik volledig op mezelf kan wonen. Ik ben werkzaam in de sales, een sector die vraagt om doorzettingsvermogen, communicatieve kracht en betrouwbaarheid — eigenschappen die ik ook als huurder meeneem. Ik ben sociaal van aard, maar weet ook goed wanneer ik rust nodig heb en hoe ik mijn eigen tijd structureer. Thuis laad ik op: met een goed boek over geschiedenis, een avond achter mijn computer of een goede film/serie. Wat u van mij kunt verwachten: een huurder die zijn zaken op orde heeft, zorgvuldig omgaat met zijn woning en geen overlast veroorzaakt. Ik zoek geen tijdelijke oplossing, maar een plek waar ik mij minimaal het komende jaar kan focussen op mijn werk en om de omgeving te leren kennen. Verder heb ik momenteel een auto van de zaak. Deze moet ik wel kwijt kunnen in de omgeving. Een stukje lopen vind ik niet erg. Ik zou het fijn vinden om kennis te maken en hoop dat we voor 1 juli tot een goede overeenkomst kunnen komen.
