I am starting my Bachelor degree at Leiden university this September for psychology, so I am looking for a place to stay during my studies. As I am coming from Canada, anywhere that I can stay for at least one year is suitable for me. I am easygoing and social, but enjoy peace and quiet so I can focus on my studies and artistic passions. I will have a steady and reliable income as a student from jobs, loans and family, and my guarantor living abroad — and I am willing to pay additional deposits or extended rent. I have friends and family in the Netherlands as well, who are very gracious and willing to help if necessary, such as attending viewings for me.

You can trust that your property would be well cared for the whole time I'm there. On the practical side, I'm someone you can count on. Rent will always be paid on time, without exception. I don't smoke, and I don't have pets, so there's no risk of odor, damage, or allergens in the property. I'll be honest that I'm searching with some urgency, since my current contract ends at the end of August, but I don't want that to come across as desperation.
